Established patients ~You can book your appointment online HERE if you are on our portal.
You can also call the office to make an appointment.
You have to be signed up for our DrChrono portal before you can book your first appointment online. Once you are on the DrChrono portal, you can book any future appointments online.
To sign up for our medical records portal: if you are an established patient and have not yet signed up for our portal, please call the office and leave a message for Sandra with your name, phone number, date of birth and email address and she will email you an invitation to sign up for our DrChrono portal. You will then be able to make appointments online.
Confirming appointments made on-line: When you schedule an appointment on-line for the first time, make sure you get a confirmation email from DrChrono (our portal) confirming your appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation, your appointment has NOT been scheduled. Please go back and go through the steps again making sure to complete each one. If your second attempt is unsuccessful, please call or email Sandra and she will figure out the problem.
Emailing the office, accessing lab results, and checking in prior to your appointment: You can also sign up for OnPatient, our communication center, where you can see all of your labs, send emails to the office and check in for appointments. To sign up, click the link below and follow the instruction.

Checking in prior to your appointment: Prior to your appointment, please click the link below and login to onpatient. Click the grey button to the right of your appointment labeled “Check in”. Make sure to fill out the reason for your visit, changes to allergies, medications, medical conditions, and any questions or comments.
Questions, Lab Results, Tincture and Supplement Refills
Getting answers to your questions: We understand that you may have follow up questions after your visit or you have a couple of questions to clarify before an upcoming visit. We have added Question Calls with Dr. Zoe, a 15 minute phone call for our established patients. You can book this questions only appointment through the link above.
For patients awaiting lab results: We will call you when your labs have been reviewed. If you have not received an email or phone call from us 2 weeks after your lab draw, please leave us a message or email and we will contact you. Please specify the date of your lab draw and which lab it was drawn at.
For tincture and supplement refills: please call or email us and leave a message with your name, phone number, name of formula and size of formula and we will put this together for you. Please allow 2-3 days for us to make your formula. Please also let us know when you will be picking it up.
For prescription refills: Please contact your pharmacy and request a refill. They will contact us electronically. Please note when your refills have only 1 refill remaining and make sure you schedule your follow up visit where you will receive a lab order before your refills run out so as not to run out of your prescription.

We close the office for lunch from 12:15 – 12:45. Please call us if you would like to pick up supplements or tincture refills and we will arrange that for you. We also mail products!
