Our lives are about growth and transformation. Each stage of our lives brings new challenges and opportunities for us to evolve.
When we are faced with health challenges or disease, we are given an opportunity to bring ourselves back to wellness. Healing is the process where we step from our current challenges and gain new insight and understanding to bring peace into our life experience. Healing can mean cure from an illness but it may not. It may mean improving one’s energy, vitality, peace of mind and a decrease in symptoms while still working with the initial cause of illness. Wherever you are on your life journey and your healing journey, I can help you take the next step. My work with thousands of people has given me an expanded perspective on the many aspects of healing and wellness.
Naturopathic medicine has much to offer in managing symptoms and
resolving disease as well as strengthening the body to prevent disease.
Naturopathic medicine incorporates the best of Western and Eastern medicine including laboratory analysis, science backed herbal medicine, homeopathic medicine and clinical nutrition. It also includes physical medicine modalities to bring the body back into structural alignment as well as counseling around lifestyle factors and mental/emotional issues that may be preventing the body from returning to wellness. Naturopathic doctors look at the whole person - all aspects that make a person who they are - to help guide the whole person back to health.
