Dr. Zoe provides comprehensive integrative medicine general, family practice care. We incorporate a full range of lab testing for complete diagnosis and to facilitate successful treatments and excellent long term health.

We also offer Craniosacral therapy, an osteopathic procedure, to align the musculoskeletal system without force and to release restrictions including after head trauma, post surgery, and for musculoskeletal pain.

Herbal Medicine

Medicine extracted from plants was our first medicine, the medicine nature originally provided. Herbal medicine has been used for over 2,000 years and has grown from the traditional use of native plants to modern day scientifically studied and verified medicines. Most pharmaceutical medicines originally were made from plants then were later synthesized in the lab. Herbal medicine offers effective, comprehensive, supportive treatments often without the side effects of conventional pharmaceuticals.

Homeopathy

Homeopathic medicine stimulates the body to heal itself by enlisting the healing mechanisms inherent within the body. Homeopathic medicines are made from plants and minerals. They are very low dose extracts and work at a deep level in the body. Quantum physics explains the movement of the electrons in their orbits; individual homeopathic remedies are chosen to match the resonance of one’s constitution or symptoms.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the craniosacral system. This system is comprised of the cranium and spinal cord and the cerebrospinal fluid that flows through it. Optimal circulation of the cerebral spinal fluid through the nervous system is crucial to proper functioning of the nerves.

Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. The patient is fully clothed and experiences a craniosacral session as a very relaxing therapy.

CST is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.
