Wellness Program - Our Subscription Service

Our Wellness Program fills each year and we invite new patients to join our practice when spaces become available. We support family health and give priority to family members living in the same household as established patients. 

NOTE: Visits with Dr. Zoe are for Wellness Program subscribers only 

All Care Levels include:

◦ Diagnosis and treatment with Dr. Zoe

◦ Review and explanation of labs and imaging ordered by Dr. Zoe and/or your other doctors

◦ Review of current supplements and medications to check for interactions and discuss possible long-term side effects 

◦ Prescription submissions for thyroid medication and bioidentical hormone formulas

◦ Custom herbal medicine formulations 

◦ Access to our online scheduling and our phone assistant for questions and to receive follow up assistance 

Platinum Wellness Plan 

Includes up to 525 minutes of direct care with Dr. Zoe per year or 12 craniosacral therapy sessions; can be used for individuals or up to 6 family members 

• Office, phone or video visits
• Scheduling priority for acute visits 
• Craniosacral therapy sessions 
• Increased access to messages with Dr. Zoe 

Gold Wellness Plan Level 

Includes up to 5 hours of direct care with Dr. Zoe per year for an individual or up to 4 family members: 

• Office, phone, and video visits
• Craniosacral therapy sessions 
• Scheduling priority for acute visits 
• Increased access to messages with Dr. Zoe 

Silver Wellness Plan  

Includes up to 2.5 hours of direct care with Dr. Zoe per year for an individual or 2 family members:

• Office, phone, video visits
• Craniosacral therapy sessions 

Bronze Wellness Plan 

Includes up to 75 minutes of direct care with Dr. Zoe per year for an individual: 

• Office, phone, video visits
• Craniosacral therapy sessions 

New Patient Wellness Plan 

We designed a package for new patients to get them established with our practice and provide follow up care. This package includes 135 minutes of care: 1 new patient visit of 75 minutes and  two  - 30 minute follow up visits . 

• New patient visit includes thorough review of patient medical history, labs, imaging, medications and supplements, acute and chronic health issues, lab orders 
• Office, phone or video visits
• Access to acute visits 
• Craniosacral therapy sessions 

Wellness Plans cannot be upgraded during the year. Visits beyond Wellness Plan minutes can be paid for on a per visit basis.
