How long are the cleanses?
All 3 cleanses are 4 weeks long.
What else will I need for the cleanse?
Just the food you will be eating. The kits include all the teas needed for the cleanse, an instruction booklet and an aromatherapy blend specific for that cleanse. Booklets included in the kits detail all the foods to be included avoided during the cleanse.
Can I do a cleanse if I'm pregnant or nursing?
Pregnancy is a time to build up nutrient stores not a time to cleanse.
Cleansing is not recommended when breastfeeding a child under 1 year old.
I'm diabetic. Can I do a cleanse?
